First thing that comes to mind about Chalmers & Co is the staff, they are excellent! Really nice people and in the 7 years since first meeting them nothing has been too much trouble. They have always been very supportive of us and are keen to help in any way they can. A great asset to the local community also. Keep up the good work!
The team sent me a few emails this accounting years, and without my agreement after I disengaged with them for their excessively high fees are now retrospectively charging 289 and extra "administrative costs" for disengagement without any breakdown of why for previous years' accounts.I was not only charged exorbitant fees (for basic company accounting - I managed to get my accounts for over a quarter of the price elsewhere).Avoid at all costs.
