Lien is super accommodating as I am one of those annoying customers who just shows up and says 'can you fit me in now!?!...she always does in the most beautifully decorated shop, she even has coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits!!!

Bought a voucher for my daughters Christmas present, was a few days overdue and the lady refused to honour it. 20 completely wasted, the lady was rude and it was terrible customer service. Although based on the other reviews on here looks like I have dodged a bullet here.
Talented and nails always look lovely. However, charge different prices and staff are blunt and rude .... wont be going back !
