Done business with a few garages in the past but none matched the integrity and care of James'. Not afraid of going the extra mile to keep a customer happy. Highly recommend.

Purchased car and promised 3 month warranty "anything up to 1000.00 he said just don't bring back over trivial things like bulbs". When taking back a week after purchase with what I considered something bad he didn't want to know. Also car looked spotless but when polish and wax washed off later it was covered with scratches marks and chips on bonnet which had obviously been hidden with polish to make it look pretty. Also number plate bulb appeared to have blown but when taken out it was fitting that was broken and had been just bodged together. Steering has a noise which my trusted garage says is probably steering rack. It had MOT a couple of days before purchase. Wouldn't recommend I won't be going there again for sure or my partner.In response to your answer to my review I came back to you a week after purchase as I had problem with door mirrors and that was just the start of troubles however you were not interested.
Jeannette Nehamee in response to the review you have written i cannot see anywhere that you have brought a car back with any issues that i would not get fixed under the warranty. As per all of my customers i am more than happy to book the car into our local garage and have them sort any issues out and most likely the items are covered under the warranty and if not i would normally help most customers out with the issue. A blown bulb would not be covered as they could go at any time but if the car need a genuine warranty claim made we can sort this out,Not sure why you would put such a review 5 months after buying a car yet never bringing the car back for us to rectify anything.
I have recently purchased my Kia Sportage from James, I was searching for the right one for several weeks, all up to 100 miles away, so I was really happy to find one local at Crewkerne, James hung on as I could not get there until after closing, agreed the sale James did a new MOT and taxed it for me to collect 3 days later.
