Oh my goodness what a fantastic store! I have been all around the area trying to get technical advice for my broken computer. I wish I had gone there first. They are incredibly knowledgeable and have never let me down so far on all the bits and pieces that Ive tried to buy. Now they are building work new computer at a fraction of the price that everyone else was going to charge and having spoken to them, I genuinely feel I trust them and their knowledge. As someone who does not know a lot about computers it is very reassuring to have found them.Shop with confidence here. Polite patient staff and great service from a good local store.
I took my phone in as the screen had cracked, and was told how much it would cost to order in. The next morning I got a call from the company to say that it was just my screen protector that was damaged and that the screen itself was intact. Unexceptional, you may think, but this is the second time I've taken something to Dailyz Tech and been told I don't need a repair. They could have taken advantage both times, but it's really good to know that they're honest and decent - I'll always come back here.
Needed an SD micro card for my phone. Very helpful young man, sorted out the right one, inserted it into my phone, moved my photos onto the card so that I could download them onto my computer and was friendly and smiling all the time. What a change from some Mr Grumps in other shops. Thank you so much for your help. I appreciated it.
